Nero (37 A.D - 68 A.D)Succeeding Claudius the Historian is the famously alleged arson of Rome, the mama's boy that turned on his own mother, and the performer that puts a future emperor (Vespasian) to sleep, we have Nero. He was not a crazy dude for the first five years of his reign (dubbed the Neronis quinquennium), but things turned around as a short illness made him snap. He became more ridiculous and with the Pisonian conspiracy, ended the lives of many notable authors, like Petronius and Lucan. His life ended in suicide after being trapped because of all his crazy stuff.
